作者对局灶性前列腺癌行根治术的长期肿瘤控制效果进行了分析。 1983至 1998年间 10 0 0例Ｔ1～Ｔ2 期前列腺癌患者接受了前列腺癌根治术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术 ,在肿瘤复发之前未接受任何其他治疗。平均随访 5 3.2个月 (1～170个月 )。结果显示 :10年肿瘤无进展及无需进一步治疗
The authors analyzed the long-term tumor control efficacy of radical prostatectomy for focal prostate cancer. Between 1983 and 1998, 100 patients with T1 to T2 prostate cancer underwent radical prostatectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy without receiving any other treatment until the tumor recurred. The average follow-up of 5 3.2 months (1 to 170 months). The results show that: 10-year tumor progression and no further treatment
