论文部分内容阅读
将我国 2 94种高校自然科学学报 3年的影响因子、基金论文比、总被引频次、即年指标、他引率、平均引文率、地区分布数、机构分布数确定为 8项模型因素集。运用德尔菲法确定8项指标的权重 ,再根据归一化法理论设计出评判定量模型计算软件。结果表明 :评判定量模型计算软件依据指标、权重即调即得排序结果 ,有利于期刊分级评优和遴选核心期刊。
The factors influencing 294 natural science journals of colleges and universities in China for 3 years were determined as 8 sets of model factors, such as the total number of cited papers, the total number of cited cites, the annual index, his quotation, the average citation rate, the number of regional distributions and the number of institutional distributions. Using Delphi method to determine the weight of eight indicators, and then according to the normalization theory to design a quantitative evaluation software. The results show that the evaluation quantitative model calculation software can sort the results according to the indexes and the weights in the same way, which is good for the journals to grade and select the core journals.
