雷庆瑶,四川省乐山市夹江人,1989年生,四川省成都市温江区残联肢残协会副主席,四川博爱感恩文化传播有限公司总经理。雷庆瑶3岁时被电击致失去双臂,但这位坚强的女孩却克服常人无法想象的困难,学会了用双脚穿衣、做饭、吃饭、写字、缝补衣裳、骑自行车、游泳、绘画等等。因成功出演电影《隐形的翅膀》女主角,获2007年华表奖优秀儿童女演员奖。雷庆瑶被称为东方维纳斯“”断臂天使“。2011年8月,荣获第二届”四川省助人为乐道德模范“称号。2011年9月,获第三届全国道德模范提名奖。
