本文以1000W 高压汞灯为紫外光源,以磷酸酯(含 P—C 键)和二硫代磷酸酯(合—S 键)为代表物,对光解反应条件,做了较系统的研究。通过对比实验,选用具有较高效率的 K_2S_2O_8为光解氧化剂,在 pH=3.0和被测物浓度低于1000μg—p/1的条件下,可使光解时间由原来的1—2小时缩短到10分钟,实验所测各类有机磷化物,均可定量光解为 PO_4~(3-)。并可获得较高的回收率和精密度,见下表1。
In this paper, 1000W high-pressure mercury lamp as UV light source, phosphate (including P-C bond) and phosphorodithioate (-S bond) as the representative of the photochemical reaction conditions, made a more systematic study. Through comparative experiments, K 2 S 2 O 8 with higher efficiency was selected as photolysis oxidant. Under the conditions of pH = 3.0 and the concentration of analyte under 1000μg-p / 1, the photolysis time was shortened from 1-2 hours 10 minutes, all kinds of organic phosphides measured in the experiment can quantitatively photolysis to PO_4 ~ (3-). And obtain higher recovery and precision, see Table 1 below.
