为完成2007全国电子设计大赛悬挂运动控制要求,该系统以51单片机为控制核心,采用层次化和模块化的设计方法,通过两只电机控制悬挂载荷在面板上完成特定的运动。使用安装在悬挂载荷上的阵列反射式红外光电传感器对面板上给定的曲线进行PID闭环跟踪,并通过液晶屏和键盘实现人机交互。
In order to complete the suspension motion control requirements of National Electronic Design Contest 2007, the system takes 51 SCM as the control core and uses a hierarchical and modular design method to control the suspension load by two motors to complete a specific movement on the panel. An array of reflective infrared sensors mounted on suspended loads is used to track the closed loop of a given curve on the panel and to make human-computer interaction via the LCD screen and keyboard.
