本文介绍一种利用渗层深度来精确测量碳势的新方法——断口法。文中首先论证了一种渗层快速获得法,即应用试样直径与渗碳速度存在的反比关系提出了以小直径试样来快速获得适宜渗层的方法,从而实现了现场测量碳势的目的。文中以大量的实验数据证明了断口法的优越性:精度高、适用范围广、投资极低、操作简便。并与露点法及红外线CO_2分析法作了经济与工艺效果对比。文中还介绍了应用断口法对炉气进行连续测量(缩短周期情况)时的补偿计算方法。
This article describes a new method to accurately measure carbon potential using the depth of the layer - fracture method. In this paper, a rapid method of obtaining the layer, namely, the inverse relationship between the diameter of the sample and the speed of carburizing is presented. The method of obtaining the suitable layer with small diameter is presented in order to achieve the purpose of on-site measurement of carbon potential . In this paper, a large number of experimental data to prove the superiority of the fracture method: high precision, wide range of applications, low investment, easy to operate. And with the dew point method and infrared CO_2 analysis made economic and technological effects comparison. The paper also introduces the method of compensation calculation when using the fracture method to continuously measure the furnace gas (shorten the period).
