由浙江省遂昌县工业局承担的“八·五”省攻关项目内容竹木糖醇提取和配套技术研究最近由丽水地区科委组织小试鉴定。专家们认为从竹材和竹材加工剩余物提取重要的精细化工产品木糖,为竹子加工利用提高经济效益提供了一种可能性,该试验技术路线正确,工艺较合理,木糖的得率在7％以上,纯度在96％以上,已具备条件转入中试,以争取尽早投入批量生产。

Experts believe that the extraction of xylose, an important fine chemical product from the residues of bamboo and bamboo processing, provides a possibility for improving the economic efficiency of bamboo processing and utilization. The technical route of this experiment is correct and the process is reasonable. The yield of xylose is 7 % Or more, purity above 96%, have the conditions to transfer to the pilot, in order to strive for mass production as soon as possible.
