对27名连续服用阿苯达唑(Alb)7日的包虫病人,每日二次监测服药期的血浆阿苯达唑亚砜(Alb-SO)浓度,于第8日行外科手术摘除包囊.测定不同部位,不同状况下的每只囊的囊液、囊壁中的 AlbSO 浓度,分别作出囊液—血浆;囊壁—血浆;囊壁—囊液的 AlbSO 相对分布图,得出了血药浓度和囊液、囊壁药物浓度均有正比关系的结论.分立性的、无子囊的、无合并感染的单纯性肝包母囊的囊液药浓和血药浓度间有较好的直线关系.药物 Alb 对人体和寄生虫体作用一致性的结果,将有助于人们根据血药浓度来大致判断寄生虫体的药物浓度及预测化疗效果.
