一、病例选择 1991年初到1993年末对住院已确诊为AMI者64例,按住院先后用双盲法分为二级。蛇毒三号组32例,男性20例,女性12例,平均年龄65.9岁。对照组32例,男性22例,女性10例,平均年龄64.7岁。合并心力衰竭10例,心源性休克7例,心律失常22例,糖尿病4例,高血压3例。梗塞部位、下壁12例,下壁十高侧壁11例,前后壁18例,广泛前壁15例,下壁十前间壁8例。两组资料大体一样。
First, the case selection From early 1991 to late 1993, 64 cases of hospitalized patients who were diagnosed with AMI were divided into two levels according to the hospital’s double-blind method. Snake venom three group 32 cases, 20 males and 12 females, with an average age of 65.9 years. Control group of 32 patients, 22 males and 10 females, average age 64.7 years. 10 cases of heart failure, cardiogenic shock in 7 cases, cardiac arrhythmia in 22 cases, 4 cases of diabetes, hypertension in 3 cases. There were 12 cases of infarction and inferior wall, 11 cases of inferior wall, 10 cases of anterior and posterior walls, 15 cases of extensive anterior wall and 8 anterior wall of inferior wall. The two groups of data are generally the same.
