央视招标已举行了八年,起起落落在最好的时候也没有超过21个亿,可今年的招标结果却招出了26.26亿,(还有消息说,第二天酒类的招标又招出了2个亿)着实让媒体们大吃一惊。是什么原因产生这个结果呢?记者在现场看到许多招标的广告公司都是老面孔,招标的企业也是以老面孔居多,那么是什么方面增加了份额呢? 通过测算可能有这样几种可能。一是招标企业的数量有所增加,二是招标的内容有所调整;三是招标的底价有所增高;四是明年国家的大环境非常有利于广告生存。
