卵巢环小管性索瘤是1970年Scully首先描述的一种未分类的性索肿瘤,常伴发Peutz-Jeghers综合征,国外截至1979年共报道23例,国内文献未见报告,我们遇到一例,现报告如下。病例摘要:患者,女性,33岁。月经周期紊乱4年多,1976年末次分娩后,上环引起阴道流血不止,取环及服中药止血,嗣后月经周期紊乱,量多,持续时间长,1979年在某院作诊断性刮宫止血,病理报告为子宫内膜囊性增生,1980年3月来我院门诊治疗无好转,住院手术子宫切除。
