语文教学质量的关键是课堂教学,教师是执教者,起着绝对性作用。在当前的语文教学中,仍然存在一些不尽人意的地方,如教师对教学内容的把握不到位,教学不得力;课堂讲授不能吸引学生;教学效率与付出不成正比等等。诸多问题都有待教师在自己的实践中去发现,不能回避。只有发现问题才能解决问题,教师作为课堂教学的组织者,要科学安排组织教学,从而促进学生语文素养的提高,提高语文教学质量。下面我从这几方面谈些个人肤浅的想法。
The key to the quality of Chinese teaching is classroom teaching. Teachers are coaches who play an absolute role. In the current Chinese teaching, there are still some unsatisfactory places, such as teachers grasp the teaching content is not in place, teaching ineffective; classroom teaching can not attract students; teaching efficiency is not proportional and so on. Many problems are waiting for teachers to find in their own practice, can not be avoided. Only when the problem is found can we solve the problem. As the organizer of classroom teaching, teachers should organize the teaching scientifically so as to promote the improvement of Chinese literacy and improve the quality of Chinese teaching. Here I talk about these personal superficial ideas in these areas.
