我国民营经济发展与外部战略环境优化密切相关。由于受传统体制和观念的影响,至今仍存在诸多制约民营经济发展的外部环境因素。本文针对当前民营经济外部环境中面临的突出问题,重点从融资环境、服务环境等角度提出对策建议,以期尽快实现民营经济与其它所有制经济间的外部环境公平。
The development of private economy in our country is closely related to the optimization of external strategic environment. Due to the influence of the traditional system and concept, there are still many external environmental factors that restrict the development of private economy. In view of the prominent problems in the external environment of private economy at present, this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of financing environment and service environment, with a view to expedite the external environment fairness between private economy and other ownership economy as soon as possible.
