目前呋喃树脂型涂料国外一般使用醇基涂料。从成本、作业环境、渗透性、铸型强度等方面考虑,水性快干涂料有很大优点。本文着重谈水性涂料。一、测试方法 1.涂刷面积:指每公斤涂料涂刷面积。 2.涂层厚度和渗透深度:将涂料刷涂在呋喃树脂试样上或是将试样在涂料中浸15秒,立即切断试样测量涂层厚度和渗透深度。
At present, furan resin-based coatings generally use alcohol-based coatings. From the cost, operating environment, permeability, mold strength and other considerations, water-based quick-drying coating has great advantages. This article focuses on water-based paint.
