网络化时代的信息传播方式本应是“扁平化”的,但是不同阶层的人群接受信息之时却又面临着数字鸿沟。考察新工人阶级利在使用新媒体技术赋权和社会交往过程中存在的现实问题,既是考察“技术赋权”在社会中下层的具体反映,也能够从制度和社会结构层面剖析底层人群在信息化时代所面临的冲突和困境。
