随着国家不动产登记的开展与深入,社会市场对需要具备权籍调查与登记专业知识与技能的需求量很大,我系部为了适应满足这种需求及时在教学内容中补充了“不动产登记”的新规范、新技术、新标准,删除过时不用的部分知识,并抓住此次机会积极探索职教理念下教学模式,基于工作流程提取典型工作任务,在教学中创设或者模拟实际生产环境,改变传统的单向信息的传递,激发学生的兴趣,提高学生的参与度。
