在保证抗拉强度的情况下,为降低40Cr杆件表面腐蚀并提高其表面硬度,文章设计了镍铬合金/金属陶瓷复合涂层及镍铬合金/含防污剂的微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层,并对WCCo Cr、Cr CCrNi、Al2O3.TiO2及氧化铬等陶瓷涂层进行了中性盐雾腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、实海腐蚀等试验,试验结果表明高速火焰+爆炸喷涂微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层综合性能良好,可有效提高杆件的耐腐蚀性能和表面硬度。
In order to reduce the surface corrosion and improve the surface hardness of 40Cr rod under the condition of ensuring the tensile strength, a nickel-chromium alloy / cermet composite coating and a nickel-chromium alloy / anti-fouling agent-containing micro-nano Al2O3.TiO2 composite Coating, and WCCo Cr, Cr CCrNi, Al2O3.TiO2 and chromium oxide ceramic coatings such as neutral salt spray corrosion, galvanic corrosion, sea corrosion and other tests, the results show that high-speed flame + explosive spray micro-nano Al2O3 .TiO2 composite coating comprehensive performance is good, can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the rod and surface hardness.
