21世纪是高速发展的新型社会,西方管理思想和方法受到前所未有的挑战。新兴管理学家们正在寻求新的文化和理论体系作为学科思想基础,这也是儒家文化进一步完善和发展其管理学思想的一个重要契机。本文以传统文化与现代西方管理方法的关系为切入点,在结合文献及管理实践的研究与总结的基础上,得出基于儒家文化的现代人力资源管理方法,期待为管理实践做出理论上的指导和借鉴,同时文章进行了基于儒家文化的现代人力资源管理方法的实践构建。
The 21st century is a rapidly developing new society. Western management ideas and methods have been hitherto unknown challenges.
