本文阐述了在十六大精神指引下,江苏建筑业企业产权制度改革取得重大进展,企业经营机制转换步伐加快,体制、机制创新促进了全省建筑业的加快发展。但改革发展具有阶段性和连续性相统一的特点,只有进一步深化对建筑业企业改革的认识,坚持不断改革,不断创新,江苏建筑行业的发展才能有新的动力和新的经济增长的支撑点。
This article elaborates that under the guidance of the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, significant progress has been made in the reform of the property rights system of construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
