美国:“牙签法案”禁请官员吃饭美国公款出差需遵循两个标准:确实出于公务及花费最少。旅途时间在14小时以内,一般只乘坐经济舱,仅特殊情况才可事先申请坐商务舱。坐头等舱条件则更苛刻:出差者必须是残障人士、24小时内有重要会议但无法订到经济舱、随身携带机密文件、有特工随从等。美国各驻外领事馆根据当地情况制定出差标准,并根据每年物价指数调整。如在北京出差,每日住宿标准
