MPS系统是模块化生产系统的简称,每个模块工作站均设置有PLC对各模块工作站进行独立控制。CC-Link现场总线是目前在工业自动化领域中应用广泛的现场总线通讯技术之一。MPS系统各模块工作站之间的通讯建立了CC-Link现场总线通讯网络,从而实现了对MPS系统中各工作站的分散控制,使得系统的生产效率得到了显著提高,且大大提高了系统可靠性和可维护性。
