The liver caudate lobe malignancy includes two major categories, primary and secondary. Because of its special anatomy and CT manifestations, it is easy to miss the diagnosis. This article collected 32 cases in our hospital for 7 years, and analyzed its CT manifestations to explore the improvement of detection rate and correct diagnosis rate.
