采用荧光分光光度法测定洛美沙星胶囊的含量。激发／发射波长为２８７／４５５ｎｍ，平均回收率为９８．０％，ＲＳＤ为０．９８％。在０．１～１．０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。
Determination of Lomefloxacin Capsules by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry. Excitation / emission wavelength of 287 / 455nm, the average recovery was 98.0%, RSD 0.98%. In the range of 0.1 ~ 1.0μg / ml, the fluorescence intensity and concentration of a good linear relationship.
