合同管理对于工程建设而言,是保障其顺利开展的基本条件。在进行工程建设的过程中,由于所涉及的建筑项目众多,无论是在材料的选择、人员的使用还是机械设备的操作,仅凭工程各参与单位口头协议是无法起到有效的约束及管理的。而合同作为正规的法律依据,将其运用于工程建设管理的各个部分,是保证工程建设高质量完成的必要措施。基于这一点,笔者将在本文中对合同管理在工程建设过程中的重要性进行探讨。
Contract management is the basic condition for the smooth development of the project. In the process of project construction, due to the large number of construction projects involved, whether in the choice of materials, the use of personnel or the operation of machinery and equipment, oral agreements between the participating units of the project can not be effectively restrained and managed . As a formal legal basis, the contract is applied to all parts of construction management, which is a necessary measure to ensure the high quality of construction. Based on this, I will discuss the importance of contract management in the process of project construction in this article.
