一、前言 工业用钨、碳化钨基硬质合金的性能很大程度上决定于原始粉末的粒度、晶体形貌与化学纯度。为保证碳化钨基硬质合金的性能,国内外多倾向于经典工艺生产仲钨酸铵(APT),再在半密闭炉中通氢、氨或不通任何气体经轻度还原生产蓝色氧化钨。
I. INTRODUCTION The properties of industrial tungsten carbide and tungsten carbide-based cemented carbide largely depend on the particle size, crystal morphology and chemical purity of the original powder. In order to ensure the performance of tungsten carbide-based cemented carbide, domestic and international tend to produce ammonium paratungstate (APT) in the classical process, and then produce blue tungsten oxide through hydrogen reduction, ammonia or any gas without any reduction in semi-airtight furnace.
