在作物增产措施中,微量元素的施用,随着化肥氮、磷、钾三要素施用量的增加,越来越突出出来.为了经济合理的施用微肥,有必要首先查明土壤中微量元素资源情况,并进行微量元素与成土条件的相关分析,以了解土壤中微量元素与影响其含量的主要因子之间的关系,探讨其变化趋势,作出适当的评价,是十分必要的基础工作.配合第二次土壤普查,收集了我省东部长白、辉南、永吉和敦化,中部德惠和梨树,西部长岭和乾安等八个县,具有代表性土壤的耕层样本332个,运用公主岭土壤测试中心的设备条件,着重进行了土壤有效态硼、钼、锌、铜、锰和铁的测定.从中选出有代表性土样72个,做了全量测定.
