众所周知,建国以来我国林业生产建设的成就是十分可喜的,但与国民经济其它部门相比,又显得比较落后。主要表现在林业内部经济关系尚未理顺,投入产出效益甚微;森林资源消长失调;生态环境逐渐恶化。究其原因主要是林业经营的指导思想还解放得不够。至今还有相当一部分人仍是沿习传统的林业概念。仅仅局限于“林木”狭隘范围去考虑林业的发展,这就很不适应朴业现代化建设的要求。为能激起众多林业工作者的争鸣,本文就林业经营的指导思想、经营结构、经营模式等
As we all know, since the founding of our country, achievements in forestry production and construction are very gratifying, but compared with other departments in the national economy, they are still relatively backward. Mainly manifested in the internal economic relations within the forestry have not been straightened out, input and output benefits little; growth and decline of forest resources imbalance; ecological environment is deteriorating. The main reason is that the guiding ideology of forestry management is still not enough to be liberated. To date, a considerable number of people still follow the traditional concept of forestry. Only confined to the narrow scope of “forest” to consider the development of forestry, which is not suited to the modernization of the park industry. In order to arouse the contention of many forestry workers, this paper discusses the guiding ideology, management structure, business model and so on of forestry management
