目的 :探讨血府逐瘀汤防治肺心病的作用机理。方法 :观察缺氧对肺动脉平滑肌细胞(PASMC)增殖的影响 ;用血府逐瘀汤进行药物干预对PASMC增殖的影响。结果 :缺氧能够促进PASMC增殖(P<0 05) ;血府逐瘀汤能显著抑制缺氧条件下PASMC增殖 ,高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组比较分别为P<0 05～0 01。结论 :血府逐瘀汤能抑制缺氧条件下PASMC增殖 ,可能是血府逐瘀汤防治肺心病的作用机理
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in preventing and treating pulmonary heart disease. Methods : To observe the effect of hypoxia on the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMC) and the effect of drug intervention on the proliferation of PASMC with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Results: Hypoxia could promote the proliferation of PASMC (P<0 05); Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly inhibit the proliferation of PASMC under hypoxic conditions. The difference between high-, middle-, and low-dose groups compared with the blank control group was P 0 05-0. 01. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can inhibit the proliferation of PASMC under hypoxic conditions, which may be the mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in preventing and treating pulmonary heart disease.
