分析了松软煤层钻进的难点,提出了采用高转速螺旋钻进技术实现松软煤层快速钻进和高效排渣的解决方案,介绍了针对松软煤层钻进施工研制的ZDY2800LG型高转速履带钻机的结构和功能特点;对该钻机配套插接式螺旋钻杆采用高转速钻进工艺现场工业性试验进行了详细介绍。现场工业性试验验证了该套技术装备在钻孔成孔率、最大孔深、平均孔深、月均进尺和钻进效率等指标方面均有显著提升。
The difficulties of drilling soft coal seam are analyzed, and the solution of fast drilling and high efficient slag discharge of soft coal seam by high speed auger drilling technology is put forward. The structure of ZDY2800LG high speed crawler drilling rig developed for drilling soft coal bed is introduced And functional characteristics of the rig; plug-in spiral drill pipe supporting the high-speed drilling technology on-site industrial test conducted a detailed introduction. Field industrial tests verified that the set of technology and equipment has significantly improved drilling porosity, maximum hole depth, average hole depth, monthly average footage and drilling efficiency.
