我们选用四环素加棕色合剂片与自制咳必停2号、咳宁3号三组药物,进行对比治疗慢性气管炎病人60例(每组20例)。现将三组药物疗效及实验室检查结果报告如下:方剂组成及用法第一组:四环素0.25克,棕色合剂0.6毫升(以下简称Ⅰ组)。1日4次,10天为一疗程。第二组:咳必停2号(40%鲜牛胆,20%马兜铃,15%瓜萎仁,10%百部,10%麦冬,5%甘草流浸膏),(以下简称Ⅱ组)。一日3次,每次2片,10天为一疗程。
