建立科学、合理、有序、安全的财务控制制度,是企业实现可持续发展的根本保证。如何优化财务控制,提高财务管理水平,以规避企业在生存发展中所面临的重大风险,帮助企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地是每个企业所面临的重要课题。本文分析了企业财务控制的重要性,阐述了当前企业财务控制存在的问题,并进一步提出完善企业财务控制的对策及措施。
Establishing a scientific, rational, orderly and safe financial control system is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. How to optimize financial control and improve the level of financial management in order to circumvent the major risks faced by enterprises in the survival and development and to help enterprises in an invincible position in market competition is an important issue facing every enterprise. This article analyzes the importance of corporate financial control, elaborates the problems existing in corporate financial control, and further puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve corporate financial control.
