目的探讨糖尿病合并双膝骨性关节炎的发病特点,为预防和干预提供依据。方法分析2003~2008年收治的38例2型糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床资料。结果38例糖尿病合并双膝骨性关节炎的患者中女性患者的构成比显著高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且多见于肥胖及绝经时间短于25年的女性。结论2型糖尿病与膝关节骨性关节炎的发生有显著的关联性,肥胖及绝经女性的发病率更高。
Objective To investigate the incidence of diabetic knee osteoarthritis and provide evidence for prevention and intervention. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and knee osteoarthritis admitted from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed. Results The proportions of female patients in 38 patients with diabetes mellitus and knee osteoarthritis were significantly higher than those in men (P <0.05), and more common in women with obesity and menopausal time shorter than 25 years. Conclusions Type 2 diabetes is significantly associated with the development of osteoarthritis of the knee, with a higher incidence of obesity and menopausal women.
