人类一方面不断地探索、创造和发展世界,另一方面又希望世界更加有序、更加和平和繁荣。渔业船舶的发展也正是这样。人们对水产品的需求和认识在不断变化,总希望有更多的渔船能捕捞更多的水产品,我国从建国时期的少量木船开始了在各方面的不断探索和创造下,每年以万艘的速度发展。近二十多年来,我国渔业船舶的拥有量、捕捞能力、水产品捕捞总量一直居世界第一位。近十多年来,世界性渔业资源大幅度衰减,渔业船舶运营经济效益越来越低下,水产品市场受到很大影响,我国渔业船舶的现状在发生着巨大变化:
