本设计主要采用三个电机来实现变频恒压供水系统,两个电机用于抽水,以确保水位保持在上下水位线之间。另外一个变频器控制的电机是用来供水的,根据压力传感器的反馈值进行调整电机的转速大小也就是调整供水压力实现恒压供水,压力传感器的反馈值输入PLC经过PLC内部的PID算法控制变频器的转速实现恒压供水,从而实现了变频恒压供水系统。
