党中央提出“引导各类社会组织加强自身建设、增强服务社会能力,支持人民团体参与社会管理和公共服务,发挥群众参与社会管理的基础作用”。北京市总工会积极落实中央精神,以市、区县、街道乡镇工会三级服务体系为依托,加强和创新对会员及广大职工群体的组织服务,发挥了工会组织在促进社会和谐稳定中的积极作用,同时实现了工会自身建设的创新发展。我们的主要做法有:
