中小学是突发公共安全事件的频发地之一。学生是祖国的花朵、祖国的未来,承载了一个民族的希望,应当给予中小学生充分的保护,杜绝中小学生突发安全事件的发生。近年来,各类校园公共安全事件不断发生,学生也是伤亡不断,这不仅给学生、学校、家庭带来不可弥补的创伤,也在社会上产生了不良影响,给国家带来了巨大损失。如何有效的防止中小学生安全事件的发生,各级政府、学校和教师都是任重道远。
Primary and secondary schools are one of the frequent public security incidents. Students are the flowers of the motherland and the future of the motherland. They bear the hope of a nation and should give full protection to primary and secondary school students so as to prevent the occurrence of unexpected security incidents among primary and secondary school students. In recent years, all kinds of campus public safety incidents continue to occur, students are also casualties, which not only bring irreparable trauma to students, schools and families, but also have a negative impact on the society and bring tremendous losses to the country. How to effectively prevent the occurrence of primary and secondary security incidents, all levels of government, schools and teachers are long way to go.
