本文报道对取代苯乙腈的碳阴离子和烯醇阴离子的磷酰化反应。前者可顺利地与磷酰氯生成碳膦酰化产物。某些β-双酮和β-酮酸酯的烯醇阴离子与二乙基磷酰氯的反应为区选性的氧磷酰化。这类反应特性与由EHMO法计算的结果一致。
This paper reports the phosphorylation of the carbanions and enols of substituted benzonitriles. The former can be successfully phosphoryl chloride generated phosphorylation products. The reaction of the enolate anions of certain [beta] -diketones and [beta] -ketoacid esters with diethylphosphoryl chloride is a selective oxyphosphorylation. These reaction characteristics are consistent with the results calculated by the EHMO method.
