本文叙述了一种利用高分子材料对特定波长红外线吸收原理来实现涤纶薄膜非接触测厚的新方法。与接触法相比具有速度快、非接触、可实现在线测量的优点,并且无β射线测厚法的放射性污染。文中还对HW-1型红外测厚仪作了简单介绍。
This paper describes a new method of non-contact thickness measurement of polyester film using the principle of absorbing infrared light of specific wavelength by polymer materials. Compared with the contact method has the advantages of fast, non-contact measurement can be achieved online, and no β-ray thickness of radioactive contamination. The article also made a brief introduction of HW-1 infrared thickness gauge.
