目的 探讨三维适形放疗联合参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗肺癌的临床治疗及安全性. 方法 将102例局部晚期肺癌患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例,均予以三维适形放疗,研究组在此基础上联合参芪扶正注射液静脉滴注疗法.比较两组患者的近期临床疗效及不良反应发生状况.结果 研究组近期治疗总有效率为76.5%,对照组为49.0%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).研究组不良反应发生率为27.5%,对照组为51.0%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对行三维适形放疗的肺癌患者予以参芪扶正注射液辅助疗法,近期疗效确切且不良反应较轻,值得临床推广应用.“,”Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy (TDCRT) plus Shenqi Fuzheng injection for lung cancer.Methods A total of 102 partial advanced lung cancer patients were assigned to two groups of 51 ones each according to random number table, both groups received TDCRT, and on this basis research group was plus Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Short-term efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate was respectively 76.5% in research and 49.0% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was respectively 27.5% in research and 51.0% in control group and the former significantly lower than the latter (P<0.05).Conclusion TDCRT plus Shenqi Fuzheng injection for lung cancer has a precise short-term effect and mild adverse reactions and deserves clinical generalization and application.
