在和谐社会背景中,为了有效地对高职生预备党员进行教育和考察是高职院校基层党组织工作的难点。高职院校要尝试与探索高职生预备党员在校期实行助理制度、实习期采取校企合作方式的基于工作实践的教育考察机制,促进预备党员管理创新。
In the background of harmonious society, in order to effectively educate and inspect the reserve party members of higher vocational colleges, it is a difficult point for the work of grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
