目的提高外环境霍乱弧菌的阳性检出率。方法通过荧光定量PCR技术、免疫磁珠分离技术和常规分离培养技术相结合的综合检测方法,与荧光定量PCR技术结合常规分离培养技术和单纯的常规分离培养技术的检测方法进行比较,观察分析其阳性检出率。结果荧光定量PCR技术、免疫磁珠分离技术和常规分离培养技术相结合的综合检测方法,霍乱弧菌阳性检出率(1.05%)明显高于荧光定量PCR技术结合常规分离培养技术的阳性检出率(0.53%)和单纯的常规检测技术的阳性检出率(0.26%)。结论将PCR方法作为筛查的基础,进行免疫磁珠分离技术结合常规分离培养技术应用于霍乱弧菌的检测,可降低工作量,提高工作效率和工作质量,明显地提高阳性检出率。
Objective To improve the positive detection rate of Vibrio cholerae in external environment. Conclusion PCR method as the basis of screening, immunomagnetic beads separation technology combined with conventional isolation and culture techniques used in the detection of Vibrio cholerae, can reduce the workload, improve work efficiency and quality of work, significantly improve the positive detection rate.
