中国长江航运集团总公司(简称中国长航)有130多年的历史,是我国内河最大的航运企业,也是我国首批57家试点企业集团和计划单列企业集团之一。“九五”期间,中国长航由于新旧体制转换、客运萎缩、三峡大坝工程影响、长江特大洪水、企业负担沉重等诸多困难的影响,一度陷入严重亏损境地,累计亏损高达10.11亿元。四年前,当中国长航现任领导上任之时,企业面临“三多、三难”的困境。“三多”表现在:一
China Yangtze River Shipping Group Corporation (CSC for short) has a history of more than 130 years and is the largest inland shipping company in China. It is also one of the first batch of 57 pilot enterprise groups and planned single-group enterprise groups in China. During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, CSC once plunged into a serious loss due to the structural changes of old and new systems, the shrinking of passenger transport, the impact of the Three Gorges Dam project, the extraordinary flood in the Yangtze River and the heavy burden on enterprises. The cumulative loss hit as high as 1.01 billion yuan. Four years ago, when the current leader of China Changhang took office, the enterprises were facing the predicament of “three or more and three difficulties.” “Three more” in the performance: One
