1950年的广西,受天灾匪患的影响,灾情颇为严重。中共广西省委和省政府非常重视,大力宣传生产救灾理念和方针的同时,又采取临灾急救与生产自救相结合的方式,有效地遏制了灾荒的发展。在领导灾荒救助的过程中,由于中共明确的救助目标,不仅拉近了中共与广西民众之间的心理距离,而且获得了广西民众对中共政权的政治认同,巩固了中共执政的社会基础。
In Guangxi in 1950, affected by natural disaster and banditry, the disaster was rather serious. The CPC Guangxi Provincial Committee and the provincial government attach great importance to vigorously promote the production of disaster relief concepts and guidelines at the same time, but also to take the first aid and production of self-help combination of ways to effectively prevent the development of famine. In the course of leading disaster relief, the clear aid goal of the CCP has not only narrowed the psychological distance between the CPC and Guangxi people, but also won the political recognition of the CCP from the Guangxi people and consolidated the social foundation of the CPC.
