党的十八大以来,我国的生态文明建设取得了重大进展和显著成效。各级各行各业在推进经济转型升级的同时,把生态文明建设融入经济、政治、文化、社会发展各个领域,强化生态环境法治建设,各项工作都有新的起色,出现了新的局面。但是,资源约束、环境污染、生态退化等影响可持续发展的种种问题依然存在,生态文明建设面临的挑战仍然严峻。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, great progress and remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of ecological civilization in our country. While promoting economic restructuring and upgrading, all walks of life at all levels have integrated ecological civilization construction into all fields of economy, politics, culture and social development and strengthened the rule of law and the building of the ecological environment. All the work has seen new improvements and a new situation has emerged. However, various problems that affect the sustainable development such as resource constraints, environmental pollution and ecological degradation still exist, and the challenges facing the construction of ecological civilization are still grim.
