国内规范对于地基承载力确定方法的规定与欧洲标准有所不同,而全球很多较落后国家受历史原因影响,岩土标准多借鉴或照搬欧洲标准。随着我国对外援建成套项目的增加,有必要对受援国所采用的地基承载力确定方法有所了解并找出同我国规范的差异,本文初步对比分析了我国规范在地基承载力确定方法上同欧洲规范的异同之处,以援阿尔及利亚歌剧院项目为例介绍了法国规范地基承载力确定方法及同中国规范的差异。最后对援外项目勘察地基承载力的确定方法进行了分析讨论。
Domestic regulations differ from the European standards in determining the method of determining the bearing capacity of foundations. Many of the more backward countries in the world are affected by historical reasons. The geotechnical standards draw on or copy European standards. With the increase in China’s foreign aid projects, it is necessary to understand the method for determining the bearing capacity used by the recipient countries and to find out the differences with China’s regulations. This paper has comparatively analyzed and compared the determination method of the Chinese standard in foundation bearing capacity. Similarities and differences between European regulations and the European norms are described in the Algeria Opera Project as an example to describe the method for determining the bearing capacity of French standard foundations and the differences with Chinese norms. Finally, the method for determining the bearing capacity of the foundation survey for foreign aid projects was analyzed and discussed.
