我院在老山自卫还击战前夕,针对战争中卫勤保障需要,研制成功了一种脚踏式清洗机。在战争中,对160名伤员进行过冲洗,结果表明:该机冲洗速度快,冲洗干净,提高了战伤救治率。本创伤清洗机是用气体将气压瓶内清洗液形成一定高压,喷出,进行冲洗的。用吸水器将清洗液(1%洗必泰溶液)吸入,用定向阀门防止反流,然后压入气压瓶,空气被压缩成高压,经气压瓶另一开口和橡皮管相连,通过开关控制,经喷头喷出。
