针对目前智能电网的高级计量体系的发展需求,设计了一种基于Xbee和GPRS通信模式的智能抄表系统。系统结构采用计算机管理层、集中层和电表层三层结构,通信结构方面从经济效益和实现能力上考虑,创新采用了Xbee自组网与GPRS/GSM网络相结合的方式,其中Xbee自组网主要用于智能三相电表与集中器的无线通信实现,而GPRS/GSM网络主要用于集中器向计算机管理层进行转发数据的实现。系统在电能采集方面采用了专用计量芯片ATT7022b,能提供有效、准确和多样化的电能参数,还配置了低廉高效的X5043、ISL83485等芯片来构成微控器辅助电路,使系统更完善、可靠。所研制的智能抄表系统经试验检测后,完全满足设计要求。
In view of the development demand of advanced metering system of smart grid at present, an intelligent meter reading system based on Xbee and GPRS communication mode is designed. The system structure adopts the three layers structure of computer management layer, centralization layer and electrical surface layer. Considering the economic benefits and the realization ability in the communication structure, Xbee Ad Hoc network and GPRS / GSM network are used in a creative way. Xbee ad hoc network Mainly used for intelligent three-phase power meter and concentrator wireless communication, and GPRS / GSM network is mainly used for concentrator to the computer management data forwarding. The system uses a dedicated measurement chip ATT7022b for energy harvesting, which can provide effective, accurate and diversified power parameters. It is also equipped with low-cost and efficient chips such as the X5043 and ISL83485 to form micro-controller auxiliary circuits to make the system more complete and reliable. The smart meter reading system developed by the test test, fully meet the design requirements.
