近日,江苏省工程质量监督局组织两个巡查小组,采取抽检方式,重点检查了参建各方的质量行为及工程实体质量,检查结果喜忧参半。从建筑工程质量检查的总体情况看,大部分工程项目在建设过程中能较好地执行国家法定基本建设程序,能按照有关规定,与有资质的检测单位的签订书面合同;
Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Quality Supervision Bureau organized two inspection teams to adopt sampling methods, focusing on checking the quality and behavior of all parties involved in construction and the quality of engineering entities. The inspection results were mixed. Judging from the general situation of the quality inspection of construction projects, most of the construction projects can well implement the statutory capital construction procedures in the construction process and can sign written contracts with qualified inspection units in accordance with the relevant provisions.
