法律对民族自治地区的金融发展起着重要的保障和促进作用。目前,国家颁布了一系列的相关法律,为民族自治地区金融的发展提供了法律支持和保障,但是支持的力度仍然无法满足民族自治地区金融的发展需求。在分析了现行法律规定存在的诸多不足之后,提出了完善现有法律中关于民族自治地区金融发展的规定以及构建民族自治地区金融风险防范法律制度等完善措施。
The law plays an important role in safeguarding and promoting the financial development in ethnic autonomous regions. At present, the state has promulgated a series of relevant laws that provide legal support and guarantee for the financial development in ethnic autonomous areas, but the support is still not enough to meet the financial development needs in ethnic autonomous areas. After analyzing the existing problems in the existing laws and regulations, this article proposes some measures to perfect the existing laws on financial development in ethnic autonomous areas and to set up a legal system to prevent financial risks in ethnic autonomous areas.
