在新春到来之际,辽宁省委提出开展加快进入市场经济轨道的大讨论,是十分必要的。辽宁经济和全国经济一样,在取得前所未有的高速增长的同时,也面临许多难题。目前中国深化改革面临的主要难题之一是如何使国有企业进入市场经济轨道。辽宁,作为国有大中型企业集中的地区,急需进一步转变观念,理清思路,才能走出“卡壳”的局面,加快全省经济进入市场经济的步伐。
At the dawn of the new year, it is absolutely necessary for Liaoning Provincial Committee to come up with a big discussion on accelerating the entry into the market economy. Liaoning’s economy, like the national economy, faces many difficult problems while achieving unprecedented rapid growth. At present, one of the major problems that China faces in deepening its reform is how to bring state-owned enterprises into the market economy. As a concentrated area for state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, Liaoning urgently needs to further change its concepts and clarify its thinking in order to get out of the “stuck” situation and speed up the pace of its economy entering the market economy.
